I had a dental emergency the night of July 10th I was devastated right before a big vacation I’m leaving for Saturday July 12 my four-unit bridge broke in half unexpectedly an old bridge I previously got done somewhere else and I was incredibly stressed. I called Murrieta Dental Group and spoke with Monica on a busy Friday morning and I’m so thankful they got me in right away. Monica was so kind and understanding when I called and she scheduled me for a 9:00 AM same-day appointment, which I’m beyond grateful for. From the moment I walked in, Monica and Cristina at the front desk went above and beyond to take care of me. Shortly after that Sophia greeted me warmly, took my x-rays quickly, and got me seated. Then Dr. Vu reviewed my x-rays and confirmed the break. I explained to him that I was leaving for a trip in 2 days and desperately needed the work done same day —without hesitation, Dr. Vu fit me into his schedule. Sophia assisted Dr. Vu with the prep work and Sharon stepped in to help with the in-between steps and impressions, she explained everything and made sure I always felt comfortable every step of the process. Sophia finished things up by making a beautiful four-unit temporary bridge that gave me so much relief. They worked like a dream team calm, professional and caring the entire time. Anthony at the front office signed me out, he was also incredibly helpful. Since this was an unplanned procedure and expense for me, he patiently walked me through payment options and helped me get on a manageable payment plan—no pressure, just genuine care and understanding. He made my next dental appointment for two weeks for my new bridge. I’ve been a patient at Murrieta Dental Group for over two years and this experience reminded me exactly why I keep coming back. Whether it’s a routine cleaning or a last-minute emergency, they consistently deliver top-notch care with compassion, efficiency and professionalism.
