Murrieta Dental Group and Orthodontics is a quality place to go for your dental care needs. The pricing is high for my family, but comparable to any other dental office. I like that they are willing to work with us to find a financial repayment plan that works well with our insurance and t.i.g.h.t budget. The facility is clean and the staff are joyful and friendly. The wait times are fairly short, depending on the day and time. I have received care from at least 5-6 of their technicians/ specialists as well as three of their doctors (Dr Wong, Dr Vu & Dr Gai), and have yet to encounter poor service, impatience, dismissiveness or unkindness. This past week, Daisy worked with me and she was super nice, informative and efficient. The front office staff (Cristina & Denise) are very friendly and helpful as well. My most frequent visits have been to the Ortho side and again, it is a quality experience. I see them cleaning and sterilizing the chairs and equipment after each client. They sanitize their hands, change and wear gloves frequently which is important to me. They seem to care about their customers' needs and concerns. I truly appreciate how comfortable I am made to feel especially by Norman and Dr Wong .. who have assisted me in my braces journey. They are both very engaging, gentle, yet precise in the administering of teeth and mouth care. I can't say enough great things about the whole team really!! Do not hesitate to choose this dental and orthodontics care group.
